Hebei Chengde Ground Power Station Poverty Alleviation Project

In Chengde County, a total of 102 village level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations were constructed in the 2017 village level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station project, with an installed capacity of 33.92 MW. Among them, Mangniujiao Village in Xiaban Town and Majiaying Village in Cangzi Township have been self built, with the remaining 100 villages of 33.3 megawatts suitable for this plan. Among them, 11 construction sites have a single point capacity exceeding 800 kilowatts and a total installed capacity of 13.8 megawatts, requiring enterprises to build specialized transformers and project bodies, while the remaining 52 construction sites only build project bodies. Each village level power station generates approximately 450000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually, with an annual income of 480000 yuan. After repaying the principal and interest of bank loans and extracting operating costs such as maintenance fees every year, the average annual dividend of impoverished villages is 150000 yuan, which can increase the annual income of 40 impoverished households by 3000 yuan and continue to generate income for 20 years.
